Mom Care
As a Mom Care Technician, your primary duty is to keep our mother plants as healthy as possible. This is accomplished by working as a team on all aspects of plant care: Integrated Pest Management (I.P.M.), topping, leafing, feeding & watering cannabis plants.
Clone Cutting
The clone cutting position is the beginning stage of the cloning process. The primary duty of this position is to cut clones & maintain all sanitation protocols. Attention to detail is key. This is an entry-level position and all training will be provided on-site.
Quality Control
This position is responsible for sorting through our cut clone inventory to inspect for healthy roots, pests, or diseases. The primary duty of this position is to properly get orders prepared to leave the facility, ensure that orders are adequately filled, and prepare inventory in preparation to leave the nursery.
Take the first step
We have a starting wage of $16/hr and raised up accordingly after a 30-day probationary period based on position and experience.
