Our Essential 1% DONATIONS

"Rooted in Humboldt" isn’t a catch phrase for us — it's a lifestyle. We started the essential 1% as a commitment to give back to our community that has supported our families for generations. Highline Nursery has pledged to donate 1% of gross sales to community organizations and individuals throughout the Emerald Triangle.

Our recipients include environmental, educational, community causes, and disaster relief. If you or your organization are interested in being a part of our 1% through giving or receiving, contact us for more information.

Highline will donate a plant (cultivar choice selected by you) for you to “plant it forward.” Small starts lead to big things when grown with love and helping others as the goal. The proceeds from your “plant it forward” clone can be donated to the cause of your choice. Local not-for-profits, neighbors in need, or national movements. Whichever you choose, we want to hear your story.

That’s why we are launching the Plant It Forward Project. Grassroots giving has been a part of the Cannabis industry for decades. Whether it be lending a hand to a neighbor in need, supporting local not-for-profits or hosting a blood drive at our Nursery, we at Highline strive to do more to improve our communities.
